The School District of New Berlin rents its school spaces, including classrooms, libraries, cafeterias / kitchens, field houses / gymnasiums, athletic fields, auditoriums and the New Berlin West Performing Arts Center.

How to rent a school facility:
Click on Become a Requester. From there, you will be directed off the district website and take through the steps to become a "client" that can request the use of an SDNB facility.
Please note: ALL requesters MUST have a Certificate of Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000/occurrence to use our facilities. Additionally, there must be coverage for sexual abuse and molestation in the general liability policy with a sublimit of $500,000. The School District of New Berlin must be named as an additional insured covered by the policy. The Certificate of Liability Insurance must indicate the certificate holder as: School District of New Berlin, 4333 S. Sunny Slope Rd., New Berlin, WI 53151. This policy must be updated annually. The insurance form must be uploaded on your registration form or your request may be denied.
