District Goals, Projects, and Initiatives (GPI)
 
Our District Goals provide us with the end results sought through our Projects and Initiatives.
  • Goals are not created for short-term accomplishment. In fact, they rarely change.

                      -    The level of attainment may be increased as we improve.

Projects are specific tasks that have a designated finish date.
  • Projects are identified and completed to allow the District to make progress toward the goals.

Initiatives are tasks which span over multiple years. 
  •    Working toward the completion of initiatives forges the pathway to goal attainment.
