I have been teaching elementary art in New Berlin for the past 18 years. I received my undergraduate degree from U.W. Platteville, and I received my Master’s degree from U.W. Milwaukee. My thesis was "Connecting Art and Writing".
Art is for everyone! It touches all of our lives! I strongly believe that creating art is one of the most rich and rewarding experiences a child can have, whether it becomes a career or most importantly enhances all other areas of a person's life.
Art, especially painting is very dear to my heart. Through exhibiting work at Edgewood Orchard Galleries in Door County as well as the Charles Allis Art Museum, and Museum of Wisconin Art, I hope to inspire and encourage young artists.
