| Kindergarten Registration |
To register your child, open the various registration forms listed on the right on your computer, type in the necessary information, and then print the completed forms. Bring the completed forms to school along with proof of residency and your child's birth certificate.
If you do not have computer access, you may contact the school to arrange to use computer for registration process.
You will also need to bring the following to the school your child will be attending (see link to boundary map to determine your child's school based on the location of your home in New Berlin):

Proof of Residency (current bill - Ex= tax bill, cable, electric, phone, must have their current address and name on bill)

| Families which currently reside in the Glen Park area should still use Glen Park to register incoming kindergarteners. The District is currently finailizing the placement of students for the 2012-2013 school year. Once those determinations have been made, all of our families will be notified. Thank you very much! We are always excited to add new kindergarteners to our District! |
