To register your child in the School District of New Berlin, open the following grade appropriate forms on your computer, type in the necessary information, and thenprint the completed forms. Bring the forms to school along with proof of residency (all grades) and your child's birth certificate (if they are entering kindergarten).
If you do not have computer access, you may contact the school to arrange to use computer for registration process.
You will also need to bring the following to the school your child will be attending (see link to boundary map to determine your child's school based on the location of your home in New Berlin):

Proof of Residency (current bill - Ex= tax bill, cable, electric, phone - must have their current address and name on bill)
Schools secretaries are now at the schools to take registration information and forms. Please register directly at the school instead of District Office.
