EISENHOWER HIGH SCHOOL
DEPARTMENT OF DRIVER AND TRAFFIC SAFETY
The following information is to keep students and parents informed about the Driver Education program that is offered at Eisenhower/West High School. Each semester there will be an after school session at Eisenhower (2:30-4:30 pm) and an evening session at West (6:00-8:00 pm) offered, providing a minimum number of students enroll in each. Each summer there is also a program offered.
Second Semester
• To enroll the student must be sixteen by August 1, 2010
• Registration is to take place in mid December.
• Classes will begin on Monday, January 4, 2010.
• Classes meet three days a week, generally on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
• There will be three Saturday simulation sessions to be scheduled when class begins.
• Behind the wheel will be scheduled after the completion of the classroom phase by age.
• Information and applications will be available in the school office and on the New Berlin Public Schools website.
Summer Session
There will be a summer program tentatively set to begin June 14, 2010
The New Berlin Board of Education has established a fee of $310.00, which must be paid either at registration, or the first night of class.
