WELCOME
New Berlin Eisenhower is proud to be recognized as one of the highest achieving schools in the State of Wisconsin with the school achieving recognition as a National Blue Ribbon High School during the 2006-2007 school year. This recognition ranks Eisenhower as one of the highest academic achieving schools in the nation. Our teachers and staff work diligently and take pride in providing education to meet the academic and social needs of the students and parents. Eisenhower serves the school district areas east of Calhoun Road and South of National Avenue. New Berlin Eisenhower, as do all schools in the district, also welcomes students from Milwaukee through the Chapter 220 program and other out of district students through Open Enrollment programs.
As you review the school profile, you will note the level of success students have demonstrated on state standardized tests as well as the outstanding scores students achieve on the ACT college entrance exams. In addition to academic success, athletic programs are very strong throughout the school winning numerous conference and regional championships in recent years along with a current state title in cheerleading. Eisenhower has also benefited from outstanding programs in theatre, academic decathlon and music with outstanding presentations to the community and numerous awards at the state level over several years. With over 80% of students participating in at least one co-curricular activity, the programs remain strong and are and excellent complement to the academic success of our school.
As a school and school community, we continually work to prepare our students for the opportunities they seek after completing school within our school system. We are fortunate to have an involved and supportive parent community that works with the school in seeking those opportunities for students and having expectations for excellence in all areas of school, allowing students to excel in their area of interest.

My overriding mission is to nurture the passion within members of the school community to grow in ways that will assist students in the educational process.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVE
To continue my career as a positive school leader in a progressive educational system where I am able to assist students, staff, parents and the community educating and preparing students for success while further developing my skills in school administration.
ADMINISTRATIVE PHILOSOPHY
I believe all students can learn at a high level and that educators must facilitate the learning opportunities for students to ensure they develop the proficiency necessary to achieve success in their chosen post-secondary opportunities. As a school community, we must work in concert with students, staff, parents and other stakeholders to promote excellence in academic, co-curricular and social endeavors within and outside the school environment.
