The Scarlet Pimpernel is an adventure musical based on the book The Scarlet Pimpernel by Baroness Emmuska Orczy.   Set in England and France during the French Revolution, the musical recounts the story of Sir Percy Blakeney and his men to save members of the French aristocracy from the guillotine.   The musical opened on Broadway in 1998 and ran through 2000.

Over 100 students are involved in various areas: cast members, stage crew, and pit orchestra.
