ATHLETIC CODES:   Please note that an Athletic Code needs to be signed only once as an athlete in the NBPS district.  If you have signed an athletic code since the revisions made for the 2007-08 school year, your signature will apply throughout your career here at West.

2009-10 Season For all athletes who will be participating in a fall sport, please be prepared to turn in your WIAA Physical Exam card, Athletic Code (if not previously signed) and fee the first day of practice. High school participation fees are $120, middle school fees are $55: checks payable to New Berlin West High School.   WIAA Physical cards are available in the front office.      ***If you currently have a (green) WIAA card on file with an exam date before April 1, 2008, you will need to turn in a current (green) WIAA card with the Dr.s signature and Date of Exam clearly posted on the card (the other side of the card is for the parent(s) to complete).

If the date on file is current (after April 1, 2008), you will still need to hand in an Alternate Year (tan) health card with the parent's signature and date.

RAIN RAIN GO AWAY:  In an effort to become more efficient in notifying our parents and fans of game cancellations, we would like to inform you of a way to be notified as soon as any of our sporting events are canceled, postponed, and/or rescheduled. Please log on to www.highschoolsports.net . Click on the icon at the top of the page that reads Register. This will take you through the process of signing up for instant email or text messages regarding cancellations. Though we are not always able to immediately reschedule an event, at least you will be notified that the event that day has been cancelled.
