I am a HUGE fan of the Calvin and Hobbes comic strip. I think the author, Bill Watterson, has tremendous insight into what has, historically, been flawed in education and society. This is one of my absolute favorites. We believe strongly that student choice and other motivating factors are significant contributors to building life-long learners.
