Parents with NO portal account
You must have an activation key to set up your parent portal account.
If you do NOT have this key, please call your students' school office. If you have students in multiple buildings, you just need to contact one school. If your email address is already associated with a student in the building, the office may be able to email your activation key along with instructions. You may be required to answer some security questions.
Parent password problems
At the parent portal login screen click parent or student and use the Forgot Password or Forgot Username links Enter the email address you have in your portal account. The system will send your user name and password to the email account on record. Each guardian must have a unique email - if two guardians have the same email this process will not work.
