Welcome to First Grade! I am excited for another great school year! The children grow and learn so much in First Grade. It is very rewarding to be a part of this important chapter in their lives!
I am currently in my sixth year of teaching. This is my fifth year teaching First Grade, and I have also taught Kindergarten for one year. I graduated from Carroll College with a major in elementary education and a minor in early childhood. I am trained in ERE (Early Reading Empowerment). Currently, I am pursuing my Masters in Teaching and Learning through Carroll. I will graduate in May!
I have wanted to be a teacher since I was little, and my dreams came true! I also enjoy many other hobbies: camping, cooking, gardening, watching Packers and Brewers games, and enjoying time with my friends and family. My husband and I have been married for three years, and do not reside in the New Berlin community, but you will see me around quite often!
