Personnel
The committee shall consist of three members of the Board of Education and shall review and present to the Board recommendations concerning matters pertaining to the personnel of the School District of New Berlin. The main tasks of the Personnel Committee shall be to advise the Board on recommended regular and/or supplemental employment contracts, job descriptions, and overall staffing patterns throughout the school district. The committee shall also review, in coordination with the Director of Employment Services, a feedback system for exiting staff. Any additional tasks regarding personnel matters assigned by the Board shall be dealt with in an advisory manner by the Personnel Committee.
