Kelli Kwiatkowski received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in mathematics education and her master’s degree from Marquette University in Educational Policy and Leadership with a Principal and Director of Curriculum and Instruction certificate in 2006. In 2013, Kelli completed coursework through UW-Whitewater and UW-Stevens Point to earn state certification as a Coordinator of the Gifted.
Working in education for over twelve years, Kelli began her career as a math teacher, freshmen mentor advisor, and dance coach for the Elmbrook School District and used her leadership skills in varied roles including Math Department Chair, RtI Instructional Coach, and High School Coordinator of the Gifted. She is a Board Member for the Wisconsin Association of Talented and Gifted (WATG) and received the Outstanding Coordinator Award from WATG in 2012 as well as an Outstanding Educator award from the University of Chicago in 2011. She was named as an Elmbrook Most Influential Educator through student nomination in 2012 and 2013.
Kelli joined the School District of New Berlin as the Director of Curriculum in August of 2013. When Kelli is not focused on improving education through developing, implementing, and monitoring curriculum in collaboration with staff, she spends time with her three daughters and husband.
