School District of New Berlin

If the event in your flyer is using a school facility, you must have authorization to use the facility. Written permission must be obtained by submitting a building usage form.

For Elementary Schools, submit form to school office
For NBWest, submit form to Jane Hoffman
For Eisenhower, submit form to Sue Trost

Middle/High school facilites are scheduled using the Schedule Star system.
Before requesting a facility for a particular date, you can check its availability at Schedule Star / HighSchoolSports.net
