Student Demographics - Age Information

Children age 5 on or before Sept. 1, are eligible for kindergarten enrollment. To be considered for early entrance testing, a student must be 5 on or before Oct. 15. For more information, please contact Student Services at (262) 789-6247.

Children age 4 on or before Sept. 1, are eligible for 4K enrollment.

Language Information - Date Entered First US School

State required field - this is the date your child first entered a US school (for most parents this will be the date they started kindergarten). For students starting kindergarten in the fall the first date of school will be Sept. 2, 2025 (09/02/2025).

Student Services Information - 504 and IEP

IEPs (Individual Education Program) and Section 504 Plans are developed for students who have been identified by a school-based team as having an educational disability (an impairment and need for individually-designed services).   

Previous School Information

This information is required to assist the school in obtaining student records from child’s previous school(s). If your child has never been in school please follow the instructions on the "previous schools" registration entry page.

Tips and Tricks - Online Enrollment

1. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to complete the online registration.  There are known issues using other browsers.

2. You will need to enable popups in your browser - they are required for the registration process.

3. The form is created in a browser - if you are having trouble check the browser settings on your computer.  Some windows pop up behind the window you are viewing.

4. Registration must be completed on a computer - you cannot use a tablet or a phone.

5. Make sure you click the SUBMIT button at the very end - if you don’t click this button we are not alerted to a new registration.

6. When you start a registration you will receive an application number - SAVE this number.  This number allows you to come back to an unfinished registration form and proceed where you left off.  To come back to an existing registration - go to the same “click here to register online” link but click the “return to registration” button on the window that pops up.

7. If you are still having issues with the Online Registration Process each school and the district office have a kiosk computer you can use.  The secretary can assist you with the process.
